Therapeutic Relaxation Yoga

Trish ReikeTrish Rieke, RYT200, has been "hooked" on yoga since her first yoga experience in college.

She loves to travel and, while in Rishikesh, India in 2005, she decided to study Iyengar Yoga. She completed her year-long Yoga-Alliance-approved teacher training program under the direction of Amanda McMaine in October 2010.

In her classes, she offers an accessible approach to yoga, featuring a relaxed flow of poses, focusing on alignment and moving with the breath. Her students say that she includes enough information to skillfully guide beginners and enough inspirational words to keep the advance practitioner engaged.

Small intimate classes will be offered with the focus on individual attention, private sessions available.

Yoga Schedule

All classes are by advance appointment only
Please schedule at least one hour prior to posted times

  • Friday evenings | 5-9 pm
  • Saturday mornings | 9-10:15 am
  • Sundays | private sessions only 10 am-7 pm

Open Sessions

  • One to three people | $20 per person           
  • Group of 4 or more | $15 per person

Private Sessions

  • Single individual or couple | $60
  • Group up to 6 people | $60 first two individuals, $20 each additional person up to 4

Please wear comfortable clothing, allow at least one hour for each class, yoga mats provided.  All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card, no refunds within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
